Booking & Payments
- A signed booking agreement and deposit are required to reserve your event date. Your party is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- 40% of the remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event date.
- The final balance is due no later than 4 days before your event.
- If the final payment is not received by the due date, your event may be canceled, and your reservation may be forfeited.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made before the final payment due date.
- If you cancel within 4 days of your event, payments already made may be non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if approved and based on availability.
Weather
- For outdoor events, weather-related rescheduling may be available depending on availability. We will work with you to find a new date whenever possible.
Event Requirements
- An adult (18 or older) must be present for the entire event.
- Customers are responsible for providing a safe, clear, and suitable setup area.
- We reserve the right to stop or cancel activities if unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior put guests or staff at risk.
Equipment
- Customers are responsible for any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
